Glen E. Randall is an Assistant Professor in the Strategic Market Leadership and Health Services Management area of the DeGroote School of Business and Member of the Centre for Health Economics and Policy Analysis at McMaster University. He holds a PhD in Health Policy, Management and Evaluation from the University of Toronto as well as an MBA in Health Services Administration, an MA in Public Policy and Administration, and a BA in Political Science from McMaster University. Randall has more than 20 years of experience working with leaders in government, regulatory agencies and health care organizations. His current research includes an assessment of recent reforms to the delivery of home care services in Ontario and the impact of these reforms on the autonomy of health professionals. He is also the principal investigator of a study which investigates the evolution of mental health policy in Ontario as services shift from institutionally-based to community-based delivery. This study focuses on variations among Assertive Community Treatment Programs in terms of compliance with program standards and approaches to the delivery of services.
